Dial-up Modem, MSN and COM PORT confilict?
Can i do this with VPN ? (i need the detailed information, hardware / software solutions. vpn or other method ?) i've download the "configuring a vpn solution" document from microsoft and examining at this time.. And the last question: can i establish vpn with dial-up modem internet connection (on both servers) ?

Faster dial-up modem
When the modem powers up, it reads that DIP switch, and configures the modem accordingly. Later, you decide to dial in, and your dialing program (hmmm, you didn't mention which one that is - never mind which distribution or release) is going to send some string to the modem to intiate things before dialing.

dialup modem ?
